Tamoora uses only what it needs to work: first-party cookies for a parent’s sign-in, for a child’s own device and for trying Tamoora without an account, and storage in your browser for your language, the child’s app state and the child’s time. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, and Tamoora sets no third-party cookies. The one exception is YouTube’s player, which loads only after a parent approves a video.

Storage stays in your browser. Only the child’s app state and the child’s minutes are sent from it to your family account; the academy saves a child’s file straight to your family account, as the Privacy Policy describes.
YouTube videos
Once you open videos for a child and the child goes to them, the videos’ pictures load from YouTube’s servers, and a video the child opens plays in YouTube’s own player, in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may then set its own cookies on youtube.com (such as VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, YSC and __Secure-YNID, lasting from the end of the visit to about 6 months) and keep similar data in the browser, under Google’s Privacy Policy. Tamoora does not read them. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until videos are open for a child and the child goes to them, and you can close videos in the parent area.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no tracking pixels and no fingerprinting, and Tamoora sets no third-party cookies; YouTube’s own are described above. Stripe sets its own cookies on its own payment and billing pages, on stripe.com, when you open them to pay or to manage your plan, under Stripe’s Privacy Policy; Tamoora does not read them.
Your controls
You can delete cookies and storage in your browser’s settings at any time. Tamoora needs its cookies: without them a parent cannot sign in, and a child’s device has to be linked again with a new code. Tamoora’s own cookies are all needed for the service to work, so there is no cookie banner to accept. YouTube’s cookies come only with a video you chose to approve; if you do not want them, keep videos off.

فيديو YouTube
بعد أن تفتح الفيديو للطفل ويذهب الطفل إليه، تُحمَّل صور الفيديوهات من خوادم YouTube، ويُعرض الفيديو الذي يفتحه الطفل في مشغّل YouTube نفسه، في وضع الخصوصية المحسّنة. وقد تضع YouTube حينها ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة بها على youtube.com (مثل VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE وYSC و__Secure-YNID، وتبقى من نهاية الزيارة إلى نحو 6 أشهر)، وتحفظ بيانات مشابهة في المتصفح، وفق سياسة خصوصية Google. ولا تقرؤها تمّورة. ولا يُحمَّل شيء من YouTube قبل أن يُفتح الفيديو للطفل ويذهب الطفل إليه، ويمكنك إغلاق الفيديو من مساحة ولي الأمر.

لا ملفات ارتباط للإعلان، ولا للتحليلات، ولا بكسلات تتبّع، ولا بصمة للأجهزة، ولا تضع تمّورة ملفات لأطراف أخرى؛ أما ملفات YouTube فمبيّنة أعلاه. وتضع Stripe ملفاتها الخاصة على صفحات الدفع والفوترة لديها، على stripe.com، حين تفتحها لتدفع أو لتدير اشتراكك، وفق سياسة خصوصية Stripe؛ ولا تقرؤها تمّورة.
تحكّمك
يمكنك حذف ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين من إعدادات متصفحك في أي وقت. وتحتاج تمّورة ملفاتها الخاصة؛ ودونها لا يستطيع الوالد تسجيل الدخول، ويحتاج جهاز الطفل أن يُربط من جديد برمز جديد. وملفات تمّورة كلها لازمة لعمل الخدمة، لذا لا توجد نافذة موافقة على ملفات تعريف الارتباط. أما ملفات YouTube فلا تأتي إلا مع فيديو اخترت اعتماده؛ وإن لم تُردها فأبقِ الفيديو موقوفًا.
